Sequential Phases (must be done in order):

1. Phase 0 → Phase 1 → Phase 2
2. Phase 1 → Phase 3
3. Phase 3 → Phase 5
4. Phase 5 → Phase 6
5. Phase 1 → Phase 4
6. Phase 4 → Phase 8
7. Phase 3 → Phase 9

Parallel Phases (can be done in parallel):

• Phase 2 and Phase 3 (after Phase 1)
• Phase 4 and Phase 5 (after Phase 1/3)
• Phase 6 and Phase 7 (after Phase 5)
• Phase 8 and Phase 9 (after Phase 3/4)

1. Start with Phase 0 - Foundation must be completed first
